Our Gathers aren't networking group —they are structured peer environments where Solos who are serious about growing their businesses show up for each other. Virtual Gathers are optimised to help you build momentum as you move from goal to goal: ~60-90 minute peer facilitated sessions ~Focused on accountability, knowledge and skill exchange, collaborative problem solving ~5-12 Solos per group ~6 meetings over a 3 month cycle As a group, we are invested in one another's success—not just our own growth. Cancellation Policy
By booking or purchasing a SoGather Gather Support Group Meeting (“Meeting”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following: 1. Meeting Format • Small group (up to 12 participants). • 60-90 minutes each. • Conducted online or in-person as stated. 2. Scheduling • Meeting dates are confirmed by the facilitator with the group. • Rescheduling occurs only if group attendance is materially affected. 3. Minimum Group Size • A minimum number of participants may be required for a Gather to start. • If the minimum is not met, SoGather may postpone, merge groups, or cancel and issue refunds where applicable. 4. Administration Fee • Covers booking, coordination, and facilitation setup. • Non-refundable once payment is received and your place is confirmed. • Refunds apply only if SoGather cancels and no suitable alternative is offered. 5. Attendance • Be punctual and present throughout the session. • Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be recorded as a no-show. • Missed sessions are not replaceable, refundable, or transferable. 6. Cancellations & Refunds • All purchases are non-refundable unless SoGather cancels the formation of the Gather. • Missed or unused sessions cannot be moved to another group or future cycle. 7. Group Conduct • Participate respectfully and allow equal airtime. • Selling, lead-generation or solicitation of any kind is not permitted. 8. Contact Information for Group Chats • Participants mobile number will be shared for group communication (e.g., Discord/WhatsApp/Telegram). • Phone numbers must only be used for group coordination, not unsolicited contact or marketing. 9. Confidentiality • Discussions are confidential to the group. • No recording, sharing, or quoting of others without SoGather's consent. 10. Disclaimer • Meetings offer peer and facilitator guidance; no outcomes are guaranteed. • SoGather is not responsible for decisions or results arising from discussions. 11. Intellectual Property • Materials remain the property of SoGather or respective creators. • For personal use only; not to be copied or circulated without permission. 12. Governing Law • Governed by Singapore law. 13. Amendments • SoGather may update these terms; continued participation indicates acceptance.
