Service Description
This is a 1:1 consult to turn a single business challenge you presently face into a clear next move. You bring one challenge based on the StartSmart and/or Business Model Canvas workshops you have attended SoGather's Business Model Canvas workshops conducted in-house or "Pay it Forward" (through the National Library Board). We decide the next step and how to execute it. Guided by Sogather's founder and BMC workshop leader -Michelle- you will leave with: ✅A co-created specific recommendation ✅Up to 3 actions for the next 72 hours This is a 15-minute session.
Cancellation Policy
By booking or purchasing SoGather’s one-to-one consultation sessions (“Sessions”) with SoGather (“Consultant”), you (“Client”) agree to the following: 1. Session Format • Session duration depends on the type booked (15, 60, or 65 minutes) and is delivered via video call unless otherwise stated. 2. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations • All bookings, changes, or cancellations must be made through the SoGather booking system or by email to gosolo@sogather.com. • A minimum of 3 business days’ notice (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, excluding public holidays) is required for any rescheduling or cancellation. • Sessions cancelled with less than 3 business days’ notice are forfeited and are not refundable or reschedulable. • Session dates are confirmed only after payment is received. 3. Administration Fee • An administration fee applies to each booking and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. • The only exception is where SoGather cancels and no alternative session is accepted by the Client. 4. Packages, Expiry & Forfeiture • Waypoint Pack sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase. • Journey Pack sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase. • Unused, expired, or forfeited sessions are not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be extended. 5. Cancellations by SoGather • If the Consultant cancels, a replacement session will be offered. • If no mutually suitable time is available, a refund will be issued for that Session only. 6. Refund Policy • All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for change of mind, non-attendance, expired packages, or Client-initiated forfeiture. 7. Confidentiality • Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. 8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability • Sessions provide strategic and educational guidance only; no outcomes are guaranteed. • The Client is solely responsible for decisions and actions taken following the Session. • The Consultant is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the Client’s decisions or business activities. 9. Intellectual Property • All materials, tools, and frameworks provided remain the property of SoGather or respective rights holders. • Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or shared without written permission. 10. Governing Law • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
